Mrs. B.J. Pleasant is a dynamic force of transformation in every sphere she touches, driven by her God-given gifts, influence, and unyielding dedication to advancing the kingdom of God.
A proud U.S. Army Veteran (SGT/E-5), Mrs. Pleasant exemplifies unwavering service and commitment. She is the Principal Owner and Senior Business Process Analyst at BJR Enterprise, LTD, a boutique management consulting firm that crafts innovative business systems to drive performance and growth. She also founded and leads Community Arts Experience, Inc. (C.A.E.), a 501(c)(3) organization that empowers communities and promotes individual well-being through arts-infused experiences. With over two decades of experience, Mrs. Pleasant specializes in transformational change, leadership development, and community organizing.
In 2003, under the esteemed mentorship of Reverends Robert W. and Beverly A. Lewis, Sr., Mrs. Pleasant was ordained and licensed as an elder. From 2012 to 2014, she co-founded and faithfully served as the Assistant Pastor of The Jesus Spot in Massillon, Ohio. Her spiritual journey reached a new milestone in January 2015 when she was commissioned as a Prophet by Drs. Mark & Jill Kauffman of Jubilee Ministries International in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Today, Mrs. Pleasant serves as the executive pastor of One Kingdom Ministries in Farrell, Pennsylvania, working alongside her husband, Apostle Brian K. Pleasant, Jr., the ministry's visionary founder. Together, they nurture a blended family of six children and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Pleasant's influence extends beyond ministry into the realm of music as an international gospel recording artist. She has shared the stage with celebrated artists like Grammy Award winner Karen Clark Sheard, Grammy-nominated Shirley Murdock, and Kierra "Kiki" Sheard, among others. Her talent has taken her on international tours with The Golden Gospel Singers and The Gospel People.
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management and an Associate in Business Administration. Mrs. Pleasant's dedication to community service shines through her roles as executive board member of the Mercer County NAACP and board treasurer for the Zion Education Center, Inc. She is also a core member and quadrant leader of the Kingdom Unification Alliance.

Mrs. Pleasant's remarkable contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including the "Success in Leadership & Commitment in Business" Award from Celebration of Heroes, the "Philanthropic Award" from Walsh University, the "President's Public Service Award" from the Stark County Black Caucus, the "Outstanding Community Service Award" from the Stark County NAACP, and multiple "Community Service Awards" from the Mercer County Women's Association and the Mercer County NAACP.
